“Use of Donkey in 21st century French gardening farms”, by Domitille Fouvez and Clémentine Bonnin

Domitille Fouvez is an agriculture engineer graduated from Bordeaux Sciences Agro. She has been working on the CoolÂne project since 2020 and is currently employed by SFET (Société Française des Equidés de Travail) where she works on several other technical and scientific projects including working equids caracterization and welfare.

Clémentine Bonnin is an agriculture engineer graduated from Agrosup Dijon. She is the co-author of the book "L'Âne Maraîcher" (2019) and is currently the director of INET (Institut National des Equidés de Travail) where she works on several technical and scientific projects including national socio economic observatory of working equids.
